At Saqeez.com, we take pride in the quality of our products. Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened (should be sealed if opened), and in its original packaging.

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be returned along with proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or opened hair oil bottles or any other category of products.

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Items purchased during a sale or promotion (unless defective)

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Take photos or videos of the damaged item and send us at our WhatsApp number or feedback@saqeez.com, and we will either:

  • Send a replacement (free of charge), or

  • Offer a full refund

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email or message. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item).

6. Return Shipping

7. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
